Does the phrase “a bouquet of freshly sharpened pencils” mean anything to you?
Have you seen “You’ve Got Mail”?
Yes you have. It’s only on t.v. every second week.
The quirky pairing of Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan inspired me to create this flower-pencil bouquet as a back-to-school gift for the teacher in your life.
The tutorial can be found on Crafts Unleashed today!
Learn how to make these simple and easy flower pencils that won’t walk away from the teacher’s desk.
And there’s a free printable too!
School supply love is something to celebrate. I know I’m not the only one who has a fondness for stationery.

Me too! I think it has to do with the books in the movie. I love it when people love books. 🙂

Great idea! My vet has pens like this at their office and they sit in something that makes them look like a bouquet. I always thing it’s such a neat idea!

I love that people can’t sneak away with the pens or pencils… I was forever buying pens when I was a teacher. 🙂

Kind of reminds me of when we were making those paper flowers at your place because you weren’t going to have flowers at your wedding…

Oh, that was a hilarious time, wasn’t it? “I’ll just make these Martha Stewart flowers and then we won’t have to pay for flowers…”
